As a registered charity preschool, we are proud to be managed by a dedicated Parent Committee that plays a vital role in supporting the ongoing success of our setting. Working alongside our preschool team, the committee helps ensure that we continue to provide high-quality early years education and care for local families.
We are registered with the Charity Commission and operate as a not-for-profit organisation, with all funds reinvested into the preschool to benefit the children, resources, learning environments, and enrichment opportunities we provide.

Our committee is made up of parent volunteers who generously give their time and expertise to support the preschool.

In addition to these key roles, our committee includes other members who support important areas such as fundraising, safeguarding, health and safety, governance, and the overall running of the preschool.
Working Together
The Parent Committee meets three times each year to review the progress of the preschool, discuss future plans, oversee governance and finances, and help ensure the setting continues to thrive for the benefit of all children and families.
We also hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every September, where parents have the opportunity to learn more about the preschool, hear updates from the committee and leadership team, and become involved in the future direction of the setting.
Join Our Committee
We are always keen to welcome new members and regularly invite parents to become involved in the committee. Each year, we seek to recruit at least two new parent representatives to help support the running of the preschool.
Joining the committee is a rewarding way to contribute to your child’s preschool community, share ideas, support fundraising initiatives, and help shape the future of the setting. No previous experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved.
