Broughton Gifford Preschool

We provide a staffing ratio in line with the welfare requirements which is:

• 1 adult to 8 children (3+years)
• 1 adult to 5 children (2 years)

All staff are DBS checked.

Each session is led by a member of staff with a minimum qualification of NVQ3 or equivalent, plus additional staff according to the number of children attending the sessions and depending on their individual needs.  In every session, at least half the staff have the NVQ2 qualification or equivalent.
