Our Policies and Procedures
The safety, wellbeing, and development of every child is our highest priority. To ensure we provide a safe, inclusive, and high-quality environment, our preschool operates in accordance with a comprehensive range of policies and procedures that guide our daily practice.
Our policies cover important areas including safeguarding and child protection, health and safety, behaviour management, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), equality and inclusion, complaints, confidentiality, data protection, and many other aspects of preschool life.
These policies are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current legislation, best practice guidance, and the needs of our children and families. They help ensure that all children are cared for in a consistent, safe, and supportive environment.
We believe in working openly and transparently with families, and copies of our policies and procedures are available to parents at any time. If you would like further information about any of our policies, please speak to a member of our team as these are available as a hard copy in setting for reading and are also on Tapestry for families to access at home.
