We believe that strong relationships are the foundation of children’s wellbeing and development. That’s why we take the time to get to know every child and family as individuals, building trusting partnerships that help children thrive both at preschool and at home.

Our practitioners bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to their roles, carefully supporting children’s learning through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions. They work alongside children, following their interests, celebrating their achievements, and encouraging them to become confident, curious, and independent learners.

As a team, we are committed to continuous professional development and regularly update our skills and knowledge to ensure we provide the highest quality care and education. Each session is led by a member of staff with a minimum qualification of NVQ3 or equivalent, plus additional staff according to the number of children attending the sessions and depending on their individual needs.  In every session, at least half the staff have the NVQ2 qualification or equivalent.
